As an out-of-state investor, I’ve found Reedy & Company a wonderful complete service to work with. I’m confident that I can always find suitable properties at any time and when I choose to invest, finding is just the beginning. They provide complete property management making remote investing a truly passive, stress-free experience. I purchased one rental property in 2023 and another in 2024. The lease on the first was recently renewed in a hands off transaction. Ellisteonna Bracey and the rest of the Reedy team are truly professional in handling every aspect of real estate in the Memphis area. I will return again when seeking more property in and around Memphis.

I will be completely honest, the ONLY reason I’m giving Reedy a 5-star review is bc Mrs. Evette that works the front. Evette worked hand and hand with me from start to finish and even checked in with me after move in to make sure Reedy was doing what they should be doing for the property I moved into. Evette is always smiling, she has a great personality, and is an overall perfect person for customer service. She expressed empathy about my situation yet remained professional. She also pulled any and all strings she could to get my issue resolved. If it wasn’t for her, I was going to back out of the agreement and find somewhere else to live. I would thank her 1,000 more times for everything she did for me. She’s the best!
